5. How would you like to change the ballot initiative process?

Sec. of State Clyde J. Harkins (ACP) Force the State Supreme Court to apply the same standards to citizen initiated measure as it does to State Legislature referred measures. This is required by the Constitution.
Sec. of State Anthony Martinez (D) I would like to limit campaign financing of ballot issues. Currently citizen-driven issues are often financed by just one or a few wealthy Coloradoans.
Sec. of State David Aitken (L) Ease the signature validation rules.
Sec. of State Donetta Davidson (R) Move the date further out. Provide a larger window of time for the verification process.

They are a gift from the "creator" that are to be well-treated and in some cases eaten.
